Making the building handicap accessible by the addition of a ramp on the west side of the building
Improvements to sidewalks and parking around the building
Landscaping
Improvements to the entryway
Modernization of the restroom facilities making them handicap accessible.
Replacing windows for greater energy efficiency
Refinish the wood floor
Replacing and improving lighting
Upgrading electrical service to the building
Addition of air conditioning
Upgrade and improvement of heating for greater energy efficiency
Renovation of the kitchen facilities into a kitchenette for more versatility

Remove old sidewalks and curbs
Repair storm sewer inlets as needed
Remove and replace water valves as needed
Upgrade wiring for street lighting
Installation of decorative/antique light poles (2 per block)
