BACK READS: Upon arriving in Clermont from Stettfield,
Bavaria, Germany Burkard Riegel opened his blacksmith shop in a 100
year old building on Main Street. He shoed 500-6-- horses a year
and made ornamental work for local customers for over 50 years.
His shop stands open to the public for all to see.
